On behalf of the Conference Organizing Committee PIRT-2023 we would like to formally invite you to participate at the Physical Interpretations of Relativity Theory conference this year in the Bauman University, Moscow during the period July 3rd to 6th, 2023.
The meeting of the PIRT-2023 conference will be held in the Conference Hall, which will allow you to make a presentation both remotely (in Zoom) and in person. All conference sessions are accompanied by simultaneous interpreting.
The PIRT conference is an international scientific event that was organized by the Faculty of Physics of the University of Liverpool and the University of Sunderland in 1988 and was first held at Imperial College London every two years, and since 2003 it has been held at Bauman University in Moscow. The main objectives of the conference are to discuss the physical, geometric, and mathematical interpretation of the theory of relativity, its experimental verification and discussion of alternative theories of gravity, optical methods for detecting gravitational waves, new effects of moving-media optics and relativistic electrodynamics, as well as astrophysical observations and space experiments. More than 120 scientists from 21 countries took part in the previous PIRT-2021 conference, which was held at a high international scientific level. The Conference Program of the PIRT-2023 will include papers dealing with the following major themes:
Gravitation, cosmology and large-scale structure
Gravitational waves and experimental tests of the relativity theory
Relativistic electrodynamics
High energy astrophysics
Modern problems of classical and quantum field theory

SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS & PAPERS
Abstracts (one page of text) offered for inclusion in the PIRT-2023 Program should be sent to the Conference Organizing Committee before April 1st, 2023.
PIRT-2023 Proceedings will be included in the RSCI.
Papers (5-10 pages text including figures) should be sent to the Conference Organizing Committee before August 1st, 2023.
According to the results of the conference, selected papers in English and Russian are planned for publication in the Proceedings of the AIP conference (Scopus) https://aip.scitation.org/journal/apc.
The articles should be thoroughly revised and put into shape according to requirements.
REGISTRATION FEE
Remote participation (Zoom) — 8.000 Rubles.
In-person participation — 16.000 Rubles.
For RF and CIS participants:
Remote participation (Zoom) — 1500 rub.
In-person participation — 3000 rub.
The registration fee does not include payment for the publication of the paper.
Financial support can be provided to scientists from developing countries, postgraduates and undergraduates upon request.
ACCOMMODATION

The hotel is near the underground station “Partizanskaya” (3 station from the underground station “Baumanskaya” and Bauman Moscow State Technical University).
SIMULTANEOUS CONFERENCE INTERPRETING
The working languages of the conference are English and Russian. The official parts of the conference and reports will be accompanied by simultaneous interpreting.
